Cyril is a licensed minister from Jubilee Christian Center, San Jose. His God-given passion is in the area of equipping the body of Christ through intercession and teaching God’s word. He leads two monthly events: ‘Pray for the Nations’ and ‘Prayer Ride’. The Lord gave him a vision for ‘community transformation’ in the year 2006. He was instrumental in starting Bible based Kids Clubs in the public schools of Milpitas. He has served as a teaching faculty in the Bible colleges in the bay area – Bethany University, William Jessup University and Jubilee Bible College. Several ministries have been launched through his teachings. He travels and speaks in seminars and conferences globally. He is the author of an award winning leadership book €œMoving from Vision to Reality€, which defines seven steps to make your God given vision a reality. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Jemima answered the call of God to be a full- time minister of the gospel in the year 1999. She is a licensed minister from JubileeChristianCenter, San Jose. She speaks at conferences, retreats, churches and special meetings around the U. S. She is an intercessor, author and a teacher of the Word of God. Her book, ‘Experiencing the Holy Spirit’ has helped many to get a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit and to grow in their walk with the Lord. She leads a monthly women’s event called ‘The Kings Bride’ where women are strengthened, refreshed and equipped to do the work of God. Jemima holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering.

John Stratton is a worship leader, songwriter and music producer with a passion to reveal the love of God through music. Since the age of 13, writing and recording music has been his life long pursuit to show his listeners that they are loved. He has served as a worship leader throughout the Los Angeles region for 12 years and has a passion to bring people into authentic encounters with the presence and glory of God. He now also regularly records with his wife Marina and with their music collective Rivers Recording with a vision statement to “release songs of healing and hope for nations.” John’s heart is to help the body of Christ truly worship as family and experience the incredible love of our Heavenly Father.

Bio for Sam Brownback

Sam Brownback served as Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom from February 2018 to January 2021. He served as Governor of Kansas from 2011 to 2018.

 

Prior to that he represented his home state in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives. While a member of the Senate, he worked actively on the issue of religious freedom in multiple countries and was a key sponsor of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998.

 

Prior to his public service, Ambassador Brownback practiced law and taught agricultural law at Kansas State University. He earned a B.S. from Kansas State University and a J.D. from the University of Kansas.

 

Ambassador Brownback currently serves as co-chair for the International Religious Freedom Summit.

 

He and his wife Mary have five children and six grandchildren.

Romando and Marcia are the directors of Ekballo Pasadena and the United House of Prayer at USC. They previously served as the associate directors of SAFA, a ministry school under The Call. After spending time on the mission fields of Mexico, the Matthews became inner-city missionaries, attending World Impact’s School for Urban Church Planting. Mando and Marcia are worshipers at heart and have written songs, led worship, arranged music, and directed choirs of children and adults. Mando and Marcia have been married for 15 years and have five children.

Mark J Finlay is Executive Director of Leaders And Followers Foundation. Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Mark lives in Charleston, SC, with his wife Karen, and attends regularly on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. where he walks with Members of the US Congress Prayer Groups in a ministry of availability in the name of Jesus and serving as an ambassador of reconciliation.

 

Mark actively engages with leaders in state and other capitals, in recent years visiting palaces and parliaments in Abu Dhabi, Amman, Banja Luca, Belfast, Belgrade, Brussels, Dublin, Edinburgh, London, Sarajevo, Vienna and Zagreb, and is a regular speaker and media contributor.

 

Mark grew up in Belfast during the “troubles”, that raged from 1968 until the Good Friday Agreement of 1998, and was actively involved in the Northern Irish peace process and in post-conflict transformation, holding public office as a Port Commissioner and Chairman of a cross-government initiative created to bring about transformation of some of the UK’s and the island of Ireland’s most disadvantaged communities.

Bio for Apostle Fred & Wilma Berry

Fred Berry was reared in a military family; and has traveled extensively in United States, Africa, Brazil and Europe and has lived in the Orient. Fred served as Centennial Prayer officer on the Azusa Centennial Board which convened the 100th anniversary gathering back to the Historic Azusa Street Mission in 2006. Fred recently retired as Director of a Cyber- seniors computer training program, which he developed 10 years ago & was held at Break Away Technologies – a computer training and research institute in Los Angeles.

He has been saved and filled with the Holy Ghost since 1983 and answered God’s call to ministry in 1992. Fred Berry is an Ordained Elder with the Church of God in Christ under Bishop Charles Blake and founded a Para-church organisation called Joshua Ministries, Inc.

 

In 2004, Fred & Wilma were ordained as an apostle/prophet team with Christian International, a ministry founded by Apostle Bill Hamon.

 

In 2006, Fred and Wilma Berry re-opened the Azusa Street Mission location and were commissioned by Apostle Bill Hamon and the Christian International Board of regents to Pastor the new Azusa Street Mission. Since that time of commissioning they have taught the Apostolic Prophetic training sessions on Azusa Street and have graduated over 3000 pastors and leaders into the present truth of God’s word concerning the gifts of the Spirit and the prophetic realm.
Apostle Berry has a Holy Spirit inspired love of biblical and natural history and seeks to teach others about our historic legacy through an annual event called the Azusa Street Festival.


Fred and Wilma Berry affectionately known, as «God’s Living Flint-Stones” will celebrate their 26th wedding anniversary in July 2021.

WILMA BERRY

At the age of twelve, Wilma was led to the Lord by a Catholic nun, Sister Patricia. Throughout her childhood, Wilma sang and worshiped the Lord on guitar, believing that she would be a nun- the Lord had another plan. In 1985, she was filled with the Holy Spirit and called by God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Houston, TX. The Holy Spirit directed Wilma to pray in the spirit for the salvation of her family and her immediate family came out of the Catholic Church, were filled with the Holy Spirit and they fellowship in full gospel ministries to this day.


From 1992 to 2001 Fred & Wilma were involved in youth ministry with the B.O.S.S. program founded by Al & Hattie Hollingsworth, outreach, and missions in their local church, West Angeles Church of God in Christ. Fred & Wilma hosted Bonnie Brae celebrations and appeared on TBN behind the scenes and the Love Boat program. In 2004, Fred & Wilma were ordained as an apostle/prophet team with Christian International, a ministry founded by Apostle Bill Hamon.


In 2006, Fred and Wilma Berry re-opened the Azusa Street Mission location and were commissioned by Apostle Bill Hamon and the Christian International Board of regents to Pastor the new Azusa Street Mission. Pastor William and his wife Mary are the founders of Shekinah Ministry and have been serving the Lord for twenty-five years. Shekinah Ministry’s mission is to bless the community by helping the poor families in Los Angeles County. We offer discipleship and counseling to restore broken families. Shekinah Ministry partners with Children’s Hunger Fund and through this organization we have a volunteer team that distributes food packages every two weeks to low income families. We use this as an opportunity to feed families around the neighborhood including the homeless to create a relationship and preach the Gospel. Shekinah Ministry also dedicates time for missions to Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador. We help, coach, equip and support families in the City of Mexicali. As a result of this work we have helped to build and establish 7 churches right at the US- Mexico border. Dysfunctional families, orphans, widows, drug addicts have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ. Pastor William has an Associate degree in Religious Studies and a BA in Biblical Counseling.

Matthew and Amy Stoehr serve as apostolic leaders in their region and founding pastors of The River Family Church in the San Diego for 34 years. They treasure their relationship with their five grown children and 8 month old granddaughter Olivia. Along with their team they have stewarded the building of River Gardens, a space for regional prayer, unity and weddings. Chris and Carlene Leeper have been married for 24 yrs and are parents to eight amazing Kingdom kids. Carlene is a wonderful homemaker and home schools all eight of their children. Chris was called into full time ministry six months after he accepted the LORD at age 21. He has served in many roles in the church, from usher, deacon, outreach pastor, missionary and lead pastor. In 2003 he started a mission ministry called Mission One Million to raise up orphan children to become missionaries and leaders in India, as well as support and strengthen pastors and leaders around the world by training them in a SPIRIT Empowered Lifestyle and teaching them how to bring the Kingdom of GOD to their cities. In 2013, the LORD gave Chris a vision during a prayer meeting in which Christians were united in every sphere of society. He saw Christian leaders from every area, as well as intercessors, united in a covenant relationship to establish partnerships for societal transformation, and advance God’s Kingdom in their area of influence. Since this vision, Chris has been led to help unite the Church and Christians throughout California as well as internationally for the purpose of transformation. Both Chris and Carlene simply desire to be servants to the Body of CHRIST by helping them fully express what is in the FATHER’s heart for their family, community, state, and nation.

Here are some very important guidelines to attend the event:
  1. Entrance:  Please arrive at the Longworth South Capitol Street entrance at 10 AM EST sharp.

    You need to get to the entrance marked as 2 on the map. You can get dropped off by Uber at point 1 or park and walk to point 1 on the map which is the main entrance to the Longworth House Office Building.   2. Check in time: Please arrive at 10 AM EST sharp. You will NOT be able to get into the building if you arrive late. The reason is everyone that enters the building needs to be escorted by a Capitol representative. They are VERY strict about this.
  3. Security Check: It will be like the airport style security check to get into the building. After clearing the security check, an escort will take us to the meeting place.
  4. Registration packet: Please meet the registration team at the entrance and collect your registration packet which includes name badges, agenda etc…
  5. Parking: There is public parking at the Peace monument, 1st St NW Washington DC 20001. Parking is free. It is a 7 minute walk to the entrance.

  6. If you are taking public transport, take the Metro Red Line to the Union Station stop. There is free parking. It is a 10 minute walk to the entrance.
